I thought this newsgroup was for people who wanted to go back in time
15 years. :)

It must be because there is nothing going on currently with CNet anymore.

Hey, has teranews allowed you to post recently? I had to switch to
Motzarella.

I had to do the same thing, wasn't able to post from teranews for a few
days, finally gave up and found another server. So far so good with
Motzarella.

So far I'm pretty happy, too. There are a few groups I'd like them to
pick up, but they actually seem fairly responsive to requests. And
posts actually show up within a few minutes of posting, rather than a
few days with Teranews.

If they showed up at all, Teranews had a lot of issues. Made google
groups look almost reliable!

Hah! And that's a scary comparison!

At least the one time I had an issue with Google, I got a reply to my
email in a day or so... I'm still waiting since last Thursday for a
reply from Teranews.

I know, very scary. I found the introduction of Google Group comparable
to when AOL introduced newsgroup access to their subscribers. I know
since then they removed it (thank goodness!). But Google Groups users
seem very much the same!
