Last friday, April 20 2007, Fred Fish died at his home in Idaho.
Besides his work on the GNU Debugger, he became especially well-known
among Amiga users for the "Fish Disks" prepared by him.

By this collection of about 1000 disks with public domain software,
officially called "AmigaLibDisks", Fred Fish contributed substantially
to the distribution of free software.
